Overseas exhibitors

Close to 260 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions made up the overseas group this year. Many foreign companies recognise, and wish to capitalise upon, North China's strong and ever-growing demand for quality textiles.

This spring, the show welcomed for the first time exhibitors from the Philippines, Spain and the USA. There were seven national pavilions from countries including Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and for the first time Pakistan. With a total of 44 companies, the Italian group was
the largest national pavilion at the show.

The organisers had enhanced the fair by scheduling a series of industry-related seminars during the three days of the fair.

The programme includes Spring/Summer 2007 trends presentation by Chinese, Italian, Korea experts, products introduction by DuPont Sorona, Jianghe Tianrong-Soybean Protein Fiber and Richcel and talks on copyrights and trade policy issues.
