CITME was chosen one of the infective textile & clothing exhibitions in China through public appraisal on Apr.17, 2006.

The event was organized by Fashion Times, China Economic Net and China Economic Information.

There are other fairs organized by CCPIT TEX also had the honour, they are: China International Clothing & Accessories Fair (CHIC) and China international Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories(interTEXTILE).
