"Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Textile Industry Committee of CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center for mediation which shall be conducted in accordance with the Center's Mediation Rules in effect at the time of applying for mediation. In case an amicable settlement agreement has been reached or a Mediation Statement be made by the mediator(s) on the basis of that amicable settlement agreement, the parties shall abide by all the terms stated therein."
