The newest statistics from National
Bureau of Statistics of China show that there
is a great demand for different kinds of non-woven
fabrics these years. The statistics said that
China's import of non-woven fabrics reached 26,100
tons from Jan. to Apr., 2006 showing China is
getting to be a stronger market for non-woven
fabrics to import.
The statistics said that the unit price for importing
non-woven fabrics was USD 3425.38 averagely in
April 2006, but the unit price for exporting was
USD 2235.16 per ton in that month.
It is reported that the gross production of the
non-woven fabrics made in China from Jan. to Apr.,
2006 was 118,300 tons, increasing 22.46 per cent
on year-on-year base.
