delta, JiangSu Jintan city has geography and traffic
advantages. With 976 square km and population of
540 thousand, it is awarded national top 100 economy
towns, China top 100 science and technology towns,

No. 1 skeleton industry of Jintan. The garment industry
here has 42 thousand employers, up to 46.7% of whole
industry%; 6.24 billion yuan industry value, amounted
to 35.6; 0.264 billion yuan profit, up to 33.9%;
0.42 billion US dollars exported garments, up to
75.6% of the whole town, 1.1% of the whole country.
It has 367 companies with annual output of 0.166
billion pieces (sets) of garments of which 75% are
exported. It established business relationship with
many worldwide international companies like GAP,LiSiKeLaiBo,
Lee, Mitsubishi, WanHong, Zhuyou, and manufactures
garments for famous brands as GAP, Lee, JCP, Polo,
ShengNuoLang, Valentino, Nautica. It has advanced
equipments of which above 80% are of international
90th advanced technology and can produce more than
40 kinds of business wear, fashion wear and leisure
clothes etc. |

for garment industry. "Jintan garment industry
development plan" is edited by government.
What's more, government will provide support in
investment and financing, land, reducing burden
etc. It is planned to set up "Made in Jintan"
image in 3 years, and in 5 years to establish
brands, set up brands managing, brands manufacturing,
brands processing companies. So that sales income
could be up to 30 billion yuan and Jintan will
be the city of China garment industry.
