	The 8th China Textile and Apparel Trade Show (New York) which is sponsored by China Textile and Apparel Council and organized by CCPIT TEX, STS and Youthful USA will be held from June 12th to 14th in Javits Convention Center in New York and now it is all set to open.

	Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles, one of Asia's most popular home textiles trade shows, returns for its 13th year, 29 – 31 August 2007, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The show has doubled in size over the past three years,now with 80,500 sqm of
exhibition space. In addition to the hundreds of products on display, the show will feature a design competition to showcase budding designers, and a Designer's Studio to show off the latest home textile innovations ,

ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008

First ITMA ASIA + CITME Draw Enthusiastic Response
	The first combined ITMA ASIA + CITME exhibition has drawn enthusiastic response from the world’s leading textile machinery makers. Applications for booth space have been streaming in as the deadline draws near.
To be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 27 to 31 July 2008, the exhibition is expected to span 100,000 square metres. It is projected to attract over 1,000 Chinese and international exhibitors, and about 100,000 trade visitors.

	China's textile industry will grow by more than 15 percent in terms of output value, profits and exports year-on-year in 2007, forecast experts with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
