On Jun. 28th, sponsored by China National Textile And Apparel Council (CNTAC) and supported by China Chamber of Commerce for Imp. & Exp. of Textile and Apparel (CCCT) as well as ASEAN-China Center, The Exchange Conference over "Go Global" Strategy for China’s Textile Industry was held in the Convention Center of Beijing International Hotel. By means of policy interpretation, business experience sharing and thematic dialogues etc., relative service systems over "Go Global" strategy adopted by the national departments respectively were introduced on the conference. And meanwhile, with the practical experiences on overseas investment, equity mergers & acquisitions, and brand channel construction etc. discussed and summarized, enterprise representatives shared the history and wisdom of pioneers to “Go Globally”. Over 300 participants attended the conference, including representatives from the upstream & downstream enterprises in China’s textile and apparel industry as well as the personnel from Indian Embassy, Egyptian Embassy, Laotian Embassy and the Philippine Embassy in China.

A special speech titled "Accelerate the Implementation of 'Go Global' Strategy and Seek Greater Development Space for the Textile Industry" was delivered by Mr. Chen Jian, member of the National Committee of CPPCC and former Vice Minister of Commerce. And after a presentation on the topic of “Make Joint Efforts to Promote China's textile and apparel industry to “Go Globally”, Chairman of CCCT Jiang Hui carried out interaction exchange with enterprise guests on the model and layout for China’s textile enterprises to “Go Globally”.
