China export figures show that Benin has become Chinas third biggest trade partner. Why is Benin growing so fast? Benin is located in West Africa and constitutes a long stretch of hand perpendicular to the coast of the gulf of Guinea. It is bordered on the North by Burkina Faso and the Republic of Niger, on the East by the Federal Republic of Nigeria and on the West by the Republic of Togo. Benin traded with other African kingdoms and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA- Established 10 January 1994 in Dakar, Senegal, on the eve of the devaluation of the CFA franc, UEMOA is composed of Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea BIssau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo.). On the other hand, United States has become gloomy under the expanding impact of subprime lending crisis, which has affected its trade with Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the crisis in the US subprime mortgage market has a d effect on EU economy. So, benin is becoming a trade hotspot.

Although the fabric export structure kept being optimized in 2008, the quality and grade of the export goods got improved continuously, yet, there were still some problems to be solved imperatively
