CCPITTEX Shows in Review 2006
2006 is a plentiful and substantial year for CCPIT TEX (the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT).There are 11 international textile shows or exhibitions at home and abroad organized by CCPIT TEX covering total 410,000 spare meters

attracting more than 6000 exhibitors and nearly 300,000 visitors attended the events including over 2000 international exhibitors and 30,000 international visitors. The shows, covering the whole chains in textile and clothing sector, such as yarn, fabric & accessories, apparel, textile machinery, non-woven products, chemicals, organized by CCPIT TEX are regarded nice business platforms by the textile industry.

Intertextile Beijing 2007 & Yarn Expo Spring 2007
Intertextile Beijing is the No. 1 trade fair for apparel fabrics and accessories manufacturers and suppliers wanting to reach China's north and north-east region.
Yarn Expo provides an opportunity for international fibre and yarn manufacturers
to exhibit their latest fibres and yarn collections and to meet Chinese professionals.
Intertextile Beijing and Yarn Expo are organized by the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, and China Textile Information Centre.
CHIC 2007
The 15th China International Clothing & Accessories Fair (CHIC2007) will be held at Beijing. Over the years, CHIC has attracted widespread attention in the local institutions and enterprises by being a premier fair organizer.
Due to its wide popularity and overwhelming response, it’s going to be a top-level annual forum in China clothing community which includes men clothing and women clothing fairs in an exhibition areas of 120,000 sq. m.

  Statistics released by China Customs showed that in the 11 months the total import of textile and apparel reached $ 16.4 billion expanding 22.2 per cent yeay on year taking up 9.40 per cent of the total China's total trade of import and export.  
 
 
China's foreign trade to top 1.75 trillion USD in 2006  
  China's imports and exports in 2006 would exceed 1.75 trillion U.S. dollars, up 24 percent or 330 billion U.S. dollars from 2005, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
